This Lowell National Historical Park (LNHP) Alternative Transportation System Historic Trolley Planning Study was prepared by the U.S. Department of Transportation John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center under the supervision of Terrence M. Sheehan, through the guidance and critical review of Christina Briggs and Peter Aucella of the Lowell National Historical Park.
