Streetcars Being Studied
The City of Denver has been continuously expanding its light rail system since opening the starter line in 1994. Street running through downtown is a feature of this system. Currently the City is planning a major expansion of this system with its "FastTrax" plan. At the same time, it is also considering using streetcars to serve a downtown region.
