Milwaukee — First Streetcar Delivered

April 2018

On March 26, 2018 Milwaukee's first modern streetcar was delivered to the city by Brookville Equipment. Also the city has released a new web site for the system, known formally as The Hop, presented by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The site is  www.thehopmke.com and is intended to be a one-stop-shop for news and information related to The Hop and its impact on the city of Milwaukee.

More streetcar related news is available on social media feeds as well – all of which have been updated to coincide with the arrival of the first vehicle in town. The Hop is on Facebook at www.facebook.com/thehopmke, and on Twitter and Instagram as @thehopmke.
