Progressive Railroading reports that DC Streetcar recently recorded its 3 millionth passenger since opening in February 2016, the District Department of Transportation (dDOT) announced. Also, dDOT is making progress with its plans to extend the line to the east to reach additional neighborhoods and to connect with a Metro rapid transit station.
